The admin team and members of the Town Twinning Portal would like to apologise for any delay in repsonding to your mail etc durng the last few days.

This was as the result of an internet outage which affected us since last weekend, contact with the support department of our interent supplier indicated that the fault was with our modem and arrange to have it replaced today, five minutes before the due time they turned up, two vans, 3 engineers (to change one modem??? unsure.gif huh.gif ) then informed me that they were aware that it was really a problem with their cable network and not my equipment wacko.gif .

Anyway, by mid afternoon we were back up and running and the afternoon was spent clawing through nearly 900 emails before we could start on the outstanding work.

We anticipate that all outstanding matters should be dealt with by the beginning of next week and we can return to our normal service.
