This was as the result of an internet outage which affected us since last weekend, contact with the support department of our interent supplier indicated that the fault was with our modem and arrange to have it replaced today, five minutes before the due time they turned up, two vans, 3 engineers (to change one modem???
Anyway, by mid afternoon we were back up and running and the afternoon was spent clawing through nearly 900 emails before we could start on the outstanding work.
We anticipate that all outstanding matters should be dealt with by the beginning of next week and we can return to our normal service.
