The Twinning Committe of Saint-Luc/Guichainville located in Department of Eure - Normandy were twinned with with a town in Scotland who unfortunately had to cease the link for various reasons.

We have received the following email from Saint-Luc/Guichainville and wondered if anyone out there could help.:-

We were twinned with Yethholm in Scotland but they had to stop for various reasons.
We are looking for another municipality to create new links, cultural exchanges and promote the English language.
To briefly introduce ourselves: Saint-Luc and Guichainville are rural, of about 3700 people and we are located near Evreux.

Is a twinning is possible? If not, perharps could you help us and give me a town or a village to contact ? I am at your disposal for further information and we (the members) would be willing to travel to meet you.
