The town of Espartinas in the province of Seville in Southern Spain is looking for a UK Twin Town.
Espartinas has a registered population of approx 8,000 .
Location 15km from Seville,
30Km from the airport,
1 hour from Cadiz and its beaches,
2 hours from Malaga (Costa del Sol),
3 hours from Gibraltar,
90 minutes from the Algarve, Portugal.
Our desire is to promote relationships between the two towns, economical, social, cultural, linguistic, sports.
To promote both towns at European level.
to learn about the different cultures and the similarities between them,
To learn or improve the languages skill of both towns,
To send and receive people interested in the culturall, social and/or language knowledge of each town.
We are willing to help our twin town members to learn Spanish if this is desired.
Our existing twin town is with the town of Vendargues in France and is working very successfully.
